5 Ways to Look Good and Feel Good


To always look beautiful is what every girl wants. Every woman wants to be admired and to be cherished so they really take time to dress and fix themselves. Isn't it ironic that girls are doing this to please men but men often complain about it? Whatever the case is, looking good makes us feel good.

However, when you are already a mother, you forgot to take care of yourself or if you are career woman, you get hooked up with lots of deadline that you forgot how it is to feel good about yourself. Here are some ways to look good and feel good.

1. Spare one day a week. 
It wouldn't hurt if you take a day off, it might sound impossible to you especially when you think of all the chores that have to be done but it is possible. All you need is a will power and discipline. Plan ahead of time and finish your entire task in six days and rest in the seventh day. If you think you can't do that, you will never do. If you are a mother, you can talk to your parents or husband to take care of the kids even in one day and have your day off.

2. Have hand and feet massage with reflexology. 
This kind of massage will relax your entire body. This is a good way of pampering yourself. You work a lot and you deserve to relax once in a while. Go to your trusted salon and to the well trained reflexologies to get the treatment you desire. After this, you are ready to work for the entire week again with full of energy and positive outlook.

3. Have a facial skin care. 
When was the last time you have a facial skin care? If you can't remember, now is the right time to do so. Maybe you look older than your real age due to stress and work load. It is the right time to bring back your youthful glow and your confidence to face the world.

4. Shop for a dress. 
Do you still remember that you love shopping? Maybe you only shop online nowadays because it is in and you can save time but shopping on a mall will bring you the joy of freedom that you missed. You have variety of choices, you can see if the dress or any clothes are made of quality materials plus you can fit it in if it suits you.

5. Exercise. 
It's time to move your muscles, stretch and let yourself sweat. This step is healthy and a must to everyone, especially if you work day and night in front of your computer. You can jog, join a fun run, go to the gym, play tennis or go biking, whichever sports and activity you enjoy.

These five ways will not only make you look good but it has also an effect to your attitude and emotion. You will feel that you have more energy to do your work and you will also notice that your husband or boyfriend loves you more.
